Gianna Malita
I was named for my mother's grandmother, Giovannina (Gianna is a nickname), who was born in San Marco la Catola, Foggia, Italy, and for my father’s mother, Malita, who was born in Chitipa, Malawi, Africa. I am proud to name my business for these two formidable women who set a powerful example for my family and me.
I grew up in Windsor, Connecticut and am a graduate of Georgetown University and Georgetown University Law Center, I am an investment and real estate attorney and a corporate philanthropy professional with almost 15 years of experience leading corporate foundations and corporate social responsibility teams for Fortune 100 companies.

In addition to learning how the right approach to philanthropy can make a significant difference in people's lives, I discovered that all those years as a CSR leader and foundation executive allowed me to develop unique and valuable skills that can help organizations and individuals with a philanthropic mission work more effectively and have a greater social impact.
Launching my business in 2023 allowed me to find my personal mission and purpose in life: to help others do good.
I am most proud of the many creative and innovative programs I developed over the years to improve the way companies meet the needs of their communities and of their employees who want to serve their neighbors. I led multiple campaigns and corporate initiatives to provide millions of dollars for national charitable partners and legacy projects like the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial and the African American Museum of History and Culture in Washington DC. I also personally directed more than $77 million of company funds to nonprofit organizations across the globe which provides me with a unique funder's perspective to share with nonprofit leaders and philanthropists.
